Aspens Springs farm holiday accommodation is a minimum two night stay.
We believe guests should not be rushed and cannot experience a worthwhile farm stay, with all we have to offer, in less than two days.

Long Weekends - 3 night minimum and tariff per night of $300.00 for The Cottage, Dairy and Peacock Barn. $260.00 for The Loft.
Easter - 5 night minimum and tariff per night of $300.00 for The Cottage, Dairy and Peacock Barn. $250.00 for The Loft.
Melbourne Cup - 4 night minimum and tariff per night of $300.00 for The Cottage, Dairy and Peacock Barn $250.00 for The Loft.
SPECIALS
* Sunday to Thursday (non-school holidays) - Stay 5 nights pay for 4
* Any 7 night booking (non-school holidays) - 7th night free
* Longer Periods Negotiable
CANCELLATION POLICY
A fee of 20% will be deducted from the deposit for a cancellation made more than two weeks before your intended stay.
For a cancellation made less than two weeks before your intended stay, the full deposit will be retained unless another booking can be made to cover the cancelled dates.
ONLY under exceptional circumstances can a full deposit be refunded - this being at the discretion of the proprietor.
